That's a point that I had not considered. This server is on a cable
Internet connection with about 10 Mb/s down and 1 Mb/s up. Fairly
asymmetrical.
I thought that in your original post, you mentioned having multiple
servers, and this was the only one which was 2 ms off. Whether measured
locally or across the Internet, that would seem to rule out asymmetry as
the cause.
