Is this more a general question "how-to change ... " or the question if a configuration change with ntpq will really change the flag1 value ?
If it's the first, yes with the ":config" statement, like :config fudge 127.127.28.0 time1 0.16497 refid GPS flag1 0 flag4 1 If it's second, try it ?
