>From what I saw the problem started ~2019-07-03 04:05:03 UTC and ended
about 2019-07-03 08:45:00 UTC
The time offset was about 123335 seconds at the onset and gradually
decreased.
Reference ID was PTP0
Root dispersion was about 3 seconds at onset, but never reflected the
actual error.
