Hi all,

thanks again for all the detailed reviews, especially in the second last call!

For the manageability document most feedback was either editorial or
clarifications and we have PRs ready to merge for all of the remaining ones
(only waiting for a few more eyes to double-check). The only bigger change here
was that we now removed Appendix A (on gQUIC version parsing); there was a
comment already in the first wgcl and now more people expressed that they are
in favor of just removing it entirely.

For applicability we had less new issues, however, there are two issues/PRs
that we would like future wg input on, as they add new text or actually propose
to remove relatively new text that was just added after the last wglc... here
there are:

Issue #330 "ACK generation", see https://github.com/quicwg/ops-drafts/issues/330
------
This issue propose to remove the following section (which was added recently):
"7. ACK-only packets on constrained links
The cost of sending acknowledgments - in processing cost or link utilization -
could be a significant proportion of available resources if these resources are
constrained. Reducing the rate at which acknowledgments are generated can
preserve these resources and improve overall performance, for both network
processing as well as application-relevant metrics."

Please indicate in the issue or by email if you have additional thoughts about
keeping or removing this section.

Issue #369 "Applicability: Two more aspects of setting DSCPs", see
https://github.com/quicwg/ops-drafts/issues/369
-------
PR #383 "Proposed DSCP text for Applications usage", see
https://github.com/quicwg/ops-drafts/pull/383

Please review the PR and comment on the issue or by mail if you are in favor of
merging or have any concern.

Thanks all! Nearly done! :-)

Mirja and Brian
