Hi all, as discussed at the meeting I create a PR to add a few sentences here and there to the applicability draft to talk about privacy implications after migration regarding linkablity by the server:
https://github.com/quicwg/ops-drafts/pull/394 There were a bunch of comments at the meeting that this is not needed but as there was also a bit confusion about what exactly we are talking about, I anyway created a PR to be me concrete. I personally don't have a strong opinion if we should include this PR or not. So please comments here or on GitHub if you have thoughts about this final PR! Beside one minor remaining potential edit this is ready to merge and Brain and I will compile the next revision as soon as he is back from holidays next week.
