This seems to have been announced with quite late notice before the event. I suspect many potentially interested parties would not be able to participate (myself included); anything qlog related is specifically relevant to the QUIC WG adopted work items. To benefit others, perhaps somebody might volunteer to give a brief and salient overview of the side meeting at the QUIC WG meeting on Thursday 28 July?
