I don’t think it is that unusual to have multiple experts check the requests. 
For the RTP registries where I am expert we target that both do review, unless 
one of us would be unable to meet the time target. But, you on the external 
side will not see this process as this happens between us experts and IANA.

Hi folks,

Why do we require reviews from all three QUIC IANA designated experts instead 
of round robin or first response? This practice is unusual compared to other 
registries and sounds like it will introduce significant delays.
