Hello all, At the IETF 115 the general issue[1] of 0-length CIDs in MPQUIC, which is to say, a single packet number space, was discussed and put to a poll. The results were overwhelmingly in support of removal (53-2 out of 165), so as to simplify the document. This mail serves as the accompany consensus call to confirm the feelings of the room. This call will run for one week ending on November 15th.
