Hi all,

We have just submitted a draft to discuss QUIC extensions for supporting FEC. 
There were similar work in the group before but didn't see it progressed these 
days, so we want to provide a different view on it. We already did some 
implementations in our services and got a very good improvement. This draft is 
still in a very early stage, your review and comments are welcome.
