I'd encourage you to share your draft and supporting information to the list so that the chairs can get a better understanding of WG interest ahead of the next meeting. In addition, the relationship of this work to draft-ferrieuxhamchaoui-quic-lossbits is not clear to me, and there was an declation [1] on that older draft.
