Hi all,

we submitted another version for the multipath extension draft to address the
remaining issues from the last WGLC.

Changes are mainly clarifications on
- migration and "probing" frames
- the 3 PTO "rule" after path abandon
- address validation tokens

Further we renamed the error code PATH_INTERFACE_UNSTABLE to
PATH_UNSTABLE_OR_POOR and adapted the description accordingly.

Also. there was one PR that should have been in the last revision but was
wrongly merged not into the "main" branch. That's in now and provides a
clarification on RTT calculation if ACKs are sent on different paths.

And as discussed at the last meeting we removed the text on "Uncoordinated
abandon".
