Hi all. I am Carrie. I am a stay at home mom to Tessa age 7 and Ian age 2. My hubby, Chris, is a orchestra teacher for our local public school system. We are in Oklahoma. I joined this group because Ian is severally dairy allergic. While we are not vegetarians a great many of the recipes are Ian safe and that is what I am looking for. I get tired of fixing 2 lunches, dinners, etc... One for Me, hubby and Tessa and one for Ian.
