Vege-Burger Dinner

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
    INGREDIENTS:

    ½ cup of uncooked macaroni

    1-1/2 cans of Vege-Burger

    ½ cup of chopped onions

    1 teaspoon of garlic powder

    1 cup of tomato sauce

    1 cup of stewed diced tomatoes

    1 cup of whole kernel corn, drained

    1 tablespoon of curry


    Directions

    1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

    2 In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the Vege-Burger for 5 minutes. Add the onion and sauté for 5 to 10 more minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato sauce, stewed diced tomatoes, corn and cooked macaroni. Stir well and allow to heat through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
