Hiya everyone
 
I've just joined the list in the hopes of finding some quick, easy vegetarian recipes!  I'm not a good cook - I either under or over cook everything!  I've been vegetarian since I was 11 (I'm 29 now) and I'm allergic to dairy products so I'm sort of a mix between vegetarian and vegan!
 
Here's a favourite recipe of mine that even I can't screw up!
 
You need:
Fruit of your choice, pips taken out and skin removed if necessary
Plain soya yoghurt
Soya milk
 
Put everything into a smoothie maker/liquidiser
Turn on
Wait while everything mixes up
Turn off
Pour into glass
Drink!
 
Told you it was hard to screw it up!  lol
