Hi!

Yes, I'm new!

I'd like to try more vegetarian dishes, but just don't know where to 
start.

I buy bags of frozen veggies and mix them with brown rice and soy 
patties, but I would like to be more adventuresome.

I'm also interested in some quick vegetarian alternatives for breakfast 
with soy protein and I don't think a smoothie with soy milk with be 
enough.  Any ideas?
