On a side note, I've read that behind India, Israel has the highest percentage 
of vegetarians in the world.

It has a cheesy flavor and is also rich in B vitamins. You 
need to buy it in health food stores usually. You may need to look 
for "brewer's yeast flakes"; a lot of places don't know what 
"nutritional yeast" means. Just be sure you don't get the powder...
