I just got back from a trip to Colorado and went to Whole Foods twice.
I bought a bunch of stuff and packed it in my suitcase. That is such
an awesome store! I'm going to have to talk my husband into driving to
the one that's an hour away from home. My mom made a wonderful Quinoa
vegetable stew. I'll find the recipe and post it.

We went to a chineese rest while we were there and I ordered a tofu
vegetable dish. It tasted really good, but was not good for my stomach
afterwards. Even the next day I had some left over and it had the same
effect. I don't normally eat tofu, but I only use soy milk. Does
anyone know why this would happen? I had planned to start using tofu
in cooking but now I'm afraid to.
