HI Cath:

We used maybe handful of already frozen spinach, you could put in more if
you want.
I took 1/4 of rolled oats and put into the mini chopper to make it into a
flour.

This made 8 Patties.

My daughter and I each had 1 and then froze the rest in packages of 2.

Let me know what you think.

Hi Gayle,

These look very good! I just bought some shallots this morning, and I
have some quinoa in the pantry so I will have to give them a try.

How much spinach did you use? I bought a regular size bag of fresh
Dole baby spinach this morning. I wonder if that would be enough? I
guess I should steam it along with the garlic.

Did you have oat flour on hand or did you grind oats to make the
flour? I have some oatmeal on hand that I could put in the blender. I
think that should work fine.

How many patties did this make?

Thanks for sharing!
