4lb can black beans drained and rinsed 3/4 cup oats ground to flour 1/4 cup ground flax seeds 1 medium onion diced 4 cloves garlic baked or to taste 1 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp chile powder red pepper flakes Ener-g Egg replacer to equal 2 eggs Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mash black beans Add oatmeal and flax seeds to beans and mix Add onions, garlic, cumin powder, chile powder, red pepper flakes stir to combine Add egg replacer mix Lightly oil a cookie sheet.
