No, it lets you refresh patches with fuzz, and handles rejects and a few
other nice things.

The main problem with long series of patches is doing the:
        quilt push
        quilt push
        quilt ref
        quilt push
        ...
over and over again for over 250 patches.  Yes, the up-arrow key helps,
but it gets old quickly.
