Hi,

(note:  quilt version 0.44)

I just made a small patch.  When I do 'quilt head', I see:

 scripts/basic/docproc.c                 |    2 +-
 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-)


but the patch contains 2 insertions and 2 deletions, as attached.

Are the lines beginning with:
--
-+

somehow confusing quilt or diffstat?
