Hi Josh,

Would it be easier to have it source a .quiltrc from CWD instead?  Then you
could just have a different .quiltrc for each project with the different
options.

For me it is much more practical having just a single quiltrc since it does not require me to copy it when e.g. checking out a new gcc version. If I want to work on an older gcc tree. I just do a checkout into e.g. gcc-3.4 and if I already have set up gcc specific options in the global .quiltrc it will work out of the box.
