Many of you are getting an error 13 when trying to download from www.qp2.com. I need a tracert from somone who is getting this error. To get the tracert, go to Start - Programs - Accessories - Command Prompt. In the command prompt window, type: tracert www.qp2.com >> c:\results.txt When the command completes, please email me the file c:\results.txt, it will have all of the trace information in it.
