Ok..it is 5:30 pm Pacific Time..and i cannot download. Yesterday..i got the error 13 message and switched to the other server 'b' and it worked.
I am using this same server... but no download. I do not get an error message. Rather..the download screen comes up and it remains at 0% downloaded no matter how long i wait..it just sits there.
