Thanks, Gary. Still the same message. Downloaded file size is 3009 Kbytes, identical from both sites. Downloaded from both sites suggested. Message box title bar says "Launcher Error" I tried both directly executing the downloaded file and installing via MS Control Panel. No luck. XP-home OS here. Trend virus/firewall/spyware operating gives no warnings or rejection notices, and qp is on the white list, FWIW. Will not install with Trend disabled and all memory access guards bypassed, either.
The previous beta installs OK, the 2879 KByte version. This one doesn't. Any other suggestion?
