For me, qp_low(-28, "AGIX") = 12.88000, with qp_date(-28, "AGIX") = 11/13/2006.
qp_date(-25, "AGIX) = 11/16/2006, and qp_low(-25, "AGIX) = 12.70000. Seems to be a problem with your data.
