Just found another one. Per QP, yield is 3.82%. Per a newsletter I get, it is 7.8%! I checked Merrill Lynch's website. They also state 7.8%. It looks like qp is only counting half the dividend again. There seem to be several stocks like this. BGF and CVP are others. This needs to be fixed.
Question: is the yield a separate field or is it calculated from the dividend info you get? In a prior email I believe you told me it is a separate field (at least for mutual funds)..so if it is, is your data source wrong? Yahoo has it correct and I think you said they also use Mergent.
