Gary.. QP has no recent divvy data for HIX. Last shown was paid 11/24/06. It pays monthly and we are into Jan 23. QP is missing two payments. This problem really needs to be fixed.
I believe Yahoos dates below refer to ex div date. QPs last divvy for HIX is on 15-Nov-06. 2 months are missing. It appears that divvy data cannot be relied upon...like if i want to run a scan looking for recent dividend hikes and the such..QP data is often way too dated.
