[quotes-plus] True Range Function

Just finished doing True Range calculations in Excel which takes a very long
formula. Certainly would be nice to have a True Range function:
qp_TrueRange(day,symbol).

    True Range is the greatest of the following:
        Today's high - Today's low
        Today's high - Yesterday's low.
        Yesterday's close - Today's low
