Not sure exactly how I came up these, but they are correct. When you select one of the Advance Declines charts the symbol is shown in the description at the top of Chart. I have also included New Highs and New Lows. Copy and paste into notepad and save as a .lst in your Quotes Plus Date/Lists directory.
