Hi Matthias,
You should check the date in your computer. If it's wrong then you won't get 
updated data. Also, if you are getting an error message then you need to 
contact Tech Support directly. They can be reached at either [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
or 1-248-942-3426. Finally, you should also make sure that you are clicking on 
"downloader" before you click on "update database". This is a common mistake. 
You must download the new data first before you can update the database.
