Thanks, getting rid of that dll did the trick, everything is working as it
should. Since I am an administrator on my desktop, I did not have to do
anything to SPP.  Sorry about all the run around with the e-mail, but I am
also having some Vista related problems there as well.

In the directory you installed quotes plus to delete(or rename) the file
iphlpapi.dll

That should fix the downloader.

If you are also using Stock Picker Pro or HGSI you will need to find the
directory you installed them to, bring up the properties, on the
security tab give your user account full control of the directory and
subdirectories. If you don't do this you will get a message about not
being about to rename TMP.IMD to IMDATA.IMD when you do an update.
