QP3 has been available for several years now and yes there was a fee for 
upgrading from version 2.2 to QP3.  The beta version that has been 
talked about off and on in this message group for the last 9 months is 
an upgrade for QP3 and has not been assigned a number yet.   As far as I 
can tell the real time version is not the beta version.  The real time 
feed  is a new and separate product.
