The missing dividend information is a growing concern, especially to those
of us that write and use the scan function on a regular basis ... garbage in,
garbage out. Any scan having to do with yield, dividends is thus
questionable. One has to ask how this affects the EPS calculation and
therefore also
the group strength calculation.

Frontiline (FRO) is not only missing dividend information, but the
revenues/EPS information has also not been updated since September 2007.
Checking the
FRO web site you will find that the Q4 2007 results are not due to be
released until 29 FEB 08. So, in this case, there is nothing Gary can do about
the
Q4 information, since it has not been released yet. The dividend went EX on
11/26, with a record date of 11/28 and was paid on 12/12.

This used to not be a problem. I wonder if it is the result of a new data
provider?

This also impacts the other software modules that use the common data base.

I have noticed since the switch that short interest is also no longer
provided (listed as "Shares Short" on the Company Info page.)

If it is a data provider problem, maybe it is time to go back to the old
data provider?
