It looks to me like the Nasdaq new highs and new lows have been off since late January. Compare the QP chart and Yahoo chart.
For instance, today Yahoo has Naz new lows at 337. But QP shows 42. For NYSE, Yahoo shows 307, but QP shows 42. I've emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] but haven't seen a correction. Can you please check into this. NH/NL figure in to many timing systems.
