Hello Gary..regarding the Hemscott indexes..when i do a daily update, does your program update JUST THE MOST RECENT MISSING DAYS OF DATA or does it download all 10 years of data for all the indexes with every download? If the latter, this would be a problem for those of us, like me, who have dial up internet service. I just did a daily download and the Hemscott indexes part alone took 40 minutes to an hour...it appears to have downloaded the whole schebang.. however, this may be due to the description fix you said you were going to make.
Suggestion: if the daily download will download the whole shebang..of all previous history every time, i suggest that you include the option , perhaps on the setup window...to turn off download of these files..so that one may download it only if they want to use it at the time..otherwise it will be unending time lost every day. question: if i uninstall quotes plus 3.2, will it leave my former version undesturbed?..or was that wiped out when i installed version 3.2? If the Hemscott indexes aren't accessable from Excell..and/or the scan program, i have no use for it at this time and don't want to wait an additional hour for download every day. Thanks.
