Hi Ken

Make sure that there are no other lines in the scan that would filter out the
etf's .

In the IssueType scan, you have to comment out the line that says:

// IssueType=INDEX;  // Indexes

Best regards

Gary

  Gary,

  I subsequently found your "canned" scan called "issue type example" and
selected the line for ETFs. The scan runs fine but does NOT pick up a single
ETF. I've tried it with the = sign and without, per your example below.
Neither scan finds anything.

Hi Ken

Just add the line:

IssueType ETF;

That will get all of the etf's

Best regards

Gary

Subject: [quotes-plus] Scan question

  Is there a way for a scan to find all ETFs? If so, what would that line
in the scan look like... how would it read?

Thanks,
Ken Adams
