Hello It sounds like the com dll did not get registered.
Go to Start - Run Enter: regsvr32 qpsrv.dll click OK That will register the dll so that wealth lab can find it. It should be ready later tonight, I'll let you know. The problem is in the data files on your computer, and the only way to correct it is to re install when the new build is ready.
