Hi I haven't been able to re create the issues that people are having, but here is an installation program that will install and register the com dll on your system.

I believe that the issue is that the download gave you an updated excel addin that is expecting Vista. As I recall, QP sent me the old add in and walked me (via emai) through the removal and install of the older version.
