Gary, I tried downloading and reinstalling 3.1 from this link .. http://www.great-stocks.info/Qp3Setup.exe
My data has not been updated since Nov. 10 so I don't know if that is a problem or not but I still can't connect. Is there a newer link to use ? Thanks Woody
