If you have cmake 2.6 you should use the FindBoost.cmake module from it. It
has much more features and the detection of the version is much better.

Patches are welcome.

That error is not due to CMake but due to the changes in Boost::Thread in 1.35.0.

I've just commited a patch supposed to fix this
