Does the Windows version of QT still have embedded web content?

Back in the day, we used the commercial QT for Windows binaries, because
QAxContainer (the ActiveX container widget) was needed for embedded web
stuff. I believe we had it surrounded in an #ifdef so that if you had
the GPL version of QT, you just didn't have the web stuff.
