#63: detection of boost 1.37 on Debian

The current scripts fail to detect Boost 1.37 on Debian. I am attaching a
small patch to fix this. I am not sure whether this applies also to other
Linux distributions.
I also confirm that Qutecom is working well also with boost 1.37.
