According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235291.aspx there
is no need to add file to the vcredist.
BUT, i think we must test the platform before install vcredist because i
discovered than there is more than one vcredist
vcredist_x86.exe
vcredist_x64.exe
vcredist_ia64.exe
