#77: Qutecom doesn't authenticate (REGISTER, PUBLISH) when switching off

Qutecom 2.2 RC3 rev49cd2a2682c9 in Windows XP.
I press "Quit" in Qutecom and it sends a REGISTER (Expires: 0) and a
PUBLISH (<basic>closed</basic>), but obviously my server asks for
credentials (401, 407).
But Qutecom *doesn't* re-send the REGISTER and SUBSCRIBE with credentials
(it sends nothing more in fact).
I consider it a very big issue since any PBX/proxy will require
authentication for un-REGISTER and PUBLISH.
