According to http://trac.qutecom.org/changeset/395%3A0cde585851d0 and
http://trac.qutecom.org/changeset/391%3Ac653e06e2e3c
Css file are not copied in the build directory and not deployed into the
system with Unix.
You are using an old environment. Erase your build directory and rebuild
QuteCom, it will be OK.
