#106: ERROR : could not make a disk image for MAC using custom application name

Recently I have builded qutecom on a MAC system. It was builded
successfully. I have used "MAC" as my application name in CMakeLists.txt
file in root folder.
Now when I run make MAC-install, it does not build the disk image
properly. It is trying to make QuteCom.app file instead of MAC.app and
even for the dmg file, it tries to copy files inside QuteCom.app file
instead of MAC.app
So am I missing something here, so that I could successfully make MAC.dmg
file.
Please check the attached output of commands that I run and output of
those commands.
