I think yes because owmemorydump.lib seems to be used to link qutecom.exe.
i'm downloading source from
http://hg.qutecom.org/qutecom-2.2/archive/tip.zip and i will try to build
it.
Can you try on your side to build from mercurial : hg clone hg clone
