It seems to be right. I saw into the project properties and found that it
is linked with path_to_qt/lib libraries. But when I saw into qtCore4.dll I
found that it uses mingw10.dll- so it looks like it is my issue. So I need
to re-compile qt libs without using mingw. But how I can do it?
