#131: Please hold all phone calls before placing a new one !!!!

 I have been facing a strange error in qutecom.
 I have an asterisk server, to which I register qutecom.
 I make a call from qutecom after registering a user, and sometimes during
 the call, qutecom shows "Error" in the call tab. So I press Cancel button
 in the call tab. (The actual error from asterisk is '''503 Service
 unavailable''')
 After this when I try to make a new call, it shows me following message :
 "'''Please hold all phone calls before placing a new one'''", even though
 there is no call in qutecom.
 So what can be reason for this?
 When the call completes successfully, there are no such issues. But when a
 call is not completed successfully, it shows above error.
 Also I cannot logoff safely from qutecom, as doing so shows me a new
 message "You  have unfinished calls. Are you sure you want to logoff" .
 So what can be the reason with this.
